      制作膠袋是如何保證其質量的?

      1.好的產品可以刮后印刷
      1. Good products can be printed after scraping
      如果你想刮掉不必要的墨水而不臟掛、墨水流(彩色流)和刀線,你必須適當調整刮刀的硬度、高度和角度。
      If you want to scrape off unnecessary ink without dirty hanging, ink flow (color flow) and knife line, you must properly adjust the hardness, height and angle of the scraper.
      2.銘記膠輥
      2. Rubber roller
      壓花膠輥的硬度和壓力直接影響塑料袋的上墨量。
      The hardness and pressure of embossing cots directly affect the ink amount of plastic bags.
      壓花膠輥的硬度影響著著墨量,而膠輥的硬著墨量較小,膠輥的軟著墨量較大。膠輥的壓力太大,墨水量太大。膠輥的壓力更小,墨水更少。
      The hardness of embossed cots affects the inking amount, while the hard inking amount of COTS is small and the soft inking amount of COTS is large. The pressure of the cot is too high and the ink volume is too large. Cots have less pressure and less ink.
      印版圖案很深,膠輥的材料一定很硬;印刷版有一個輕的圖案,所以印刷的膠輥必須由較軟的材料制成。如果包裝膠袋印刷速度快,膠輥的材料必須硬,如果包裝印刷速度慢,必須采用軟材料印刷膠輥。

      3.印刷設備的供墨系統

      循環必須是好的,并且總是確保墨水是不斷流動的。應始終確保油墨粘度的一致性,并應定期進行測量和添加溶劑。新舊油墨應按比例混合使用。

      4.干燥箱

      墨水是用熱空氣干燥的,而不是加熱。溫度越高,塑料袋上的墨水越難干燥。
      Ink is dried with hot air, not heated. The higher the temperature, the harder it is to dry the ink on the plastic bag.
      一,溫度過高,會使油墨表面結膜。導致固體干燥的假干燥氣氛隨后是油墨中低熔點溶劑過早蒸發、高沸點殘留溶劑以及干燥速度慢。
